Shipping is charged by the number of products in your cart and your location by Province or State. Postal codes will be used only for the Province of Ontario, Canada.
The quantity breakdown for shipping charges is as follows:
- 1-12 products
- 13-36 products
- 37-54 products
- 55-72 products
- 73-96 products
For quantities exceeding 96, we will box the first 96 products and then box the remaining products as per the breakdowns above.
Products will be shipped via Canada Post to Canadian destinations and United States Postal Service to United States destinations. The least expensive rate will be used unless a rush delivery is requested by the customer. A surcharge for faster delivery will be invoiced separately.
We can also ship via FedEx, UPS, Canpar, Purolator, or DHL or other commercial service. If the charge is over and above the shipping charge in your shopping cart, it will be invoiced separately.
Turn-around Times – Blank orders are shipped within one week. If you require your blank product by a specific date, include a note in the “Special Instructions” box or go to the Contact Us Page and send us a separate email.
Decorated Products require more time for shipping. Printed orders can be shipped in 7-10 days. Embroidery and Applique orders have many variables that determine turn-around time. The number of products, the number of decorations, and the stitch count of each embroidery or applique design. Allow at least 3 weeks for delivery. Smaller orders, 24 or less, usually ship out within 2 weeks. For an accurate turn-around time, send us an email via the Contact Us Page.
