Big Bear is aware that the only way to run a business is to provide a good quality product at a fair price and treat people with kindness, and fairness no matter the size of the order.

Big Bear’s goal is to make sure that all his customers are 100% satisfied with the products, the decorations and the service.

Damaged Product – If there is a defect in the product or the decoration, give us a call or send us an email through our Contact Us page with details about the damaged product. We will reply with instructions how to return the product to the school or our shop location in Niagara Falls for repair or replacement.

Incorrect Size – Please refer to the sizing chart located just above the Colour Selection box. Make sure you are choosing the appropriate size as there are no returns, refunds or exchanges once the product is decorated with your school logo or personalized with your name. If you are unsure, you can email or call us for any assistance. A good rule of thumb is to order one size larger in the event your are deciding between sizes.

Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with the product or decoration, let us know the reason and we will replace the product or refund your money.
