Ordering Process

Regarding the ordering process, it is very simple.

  • Go to the appropriate menu at the top of the page, either Gradhoodie or Schools
  • Select the product
  • Choose the colour and size.   There is a sizing chart above the colour selection box.
  • For Spiritwear and Staff Wear, choose an optional personalized name if you want.  There is an additional charge for a personalized name.  Enter the name in capital letters in the Special Instructions box.
  • For Gradhoodies, the personalized name is included in the price of the Gradhoodie.  Enter the name in capital letters in the Special Instructions box.
  • Add it to the cart
  • Choose another product or View the cart.
  • Go to Checkout. – Enter your name, address, email, phone number.  You can register or you can purchase as a guest.
  • Choose a shipping method.
    • Free Pick-up in Store at our Shop in Niagara Falls
    • $3.50 shipping to your school.  We deliver to your area at least once a week.
    • Shipping to your home.  About $20.00 in the Niagara Region
  • Pay for the order with the payment method of your choice including etransfer.
  • You will receive a copy of your order by email.
  • When orders are marked complete, you will receive another email.
  • If you register, you can check the status of your order and view other information.
  • Turn-around time for an order is 2 weeks.  During busy times, turn-around times could be longer.
  • The order is package in a plastic bag with the students, or parents name on it.
  • When you receive the orders, your staff calls the student down to the office and hands them the order.    
  • Orders delivered to the homes are delivered in a white plastic bag so the contents are not visible.
