Ordering is simple! First select you blank products. Browse the products menu to choose your product by style, brand, or other category. Choose the colour, size and quantity and add it to your cart. Are you adding a decoration to your products? If not, you can now view your order in your shopping car, then checkout.
The checkout process is easy. If you are a returning customer you can login anytime at the top of each page or login in at the Checkout Page. If you are a new customer, you can register at the top of each page or at the Checkout Page. Your shipping costs will be determined by your shipping address and the number of products in your cart. For more information about shipping check the Shipping Guidelines Page under the Help Desk Menu.
If you are decorating your product with a print, embroidery or applique you will now proceed to the Decorations Menu. Choose your decoration, and then specify the location of your decoration in the Design Placement drop-down menu.
Now you have the option to upload your artwork that you want decorated on your products. Be sure to check out the Submit Artwork Guidelines Page for more detailed information about uploading your artwork. If you need to tell us something about your decoration, use the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the page. Make sure that the number of decorations you add to your cart matches the number of products in your cart.
If you added a decoration, our Art Department will send you an email confirming details about your decoration and art work. Be sure to check the Submit Artwork Guidelines page for details about file format requirements.
