Damaged Product – If there is a defect in the product or the decoration, let us know and we will email you a Return Authorization number and shipping details. We will pay for the shipping for returning the damaged product and for the replacement.
Incorrect Size – If a new item has not been worn, washed or altered, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product in the appropriate size. You will be responsible for the shipping.
Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with the product or decoration, let us the reason and we will replace the product or refund your money.
